Every film depicts Muslims as much less barbaric than they are. Why do we even bother to watch any of these films: Kingdom of Heaven being the worst. History is clear and these films just rewrite it. Totally ridiculous and dangerous. Just tell the truth. Anyone else sick of Muslim revisionist films?
shareif you want to watch a more un-biased film, watch the Croatian movie "Banovic Strahinja", it was made a while back but has Franco Nero as the main character, a Serbian prince whose wife is taken by the Ottomans. I know what you mean as well, from what I have read on the history of the expansion of Islam, it is mostly negative, with forced conversions, kidnappings, slavery and much more atrocities taking place. Anyway, give it a watch.
