It was so so bad.

I complained the entire movie about the lack of acting ability. This didn't stop me from watching the entire thing though. I was hoping it would be one of those movies which is really bad in a good/funny way, but this was just plain bad.
Also, I'm a massive fan of vampires, so the whole being able to go in sunlight annoyed the hell out of me.

Don't forget the lack of writing ability. I can't believe that someone actually got paid to write that stuff!

I have to agree. Except for the actor playing Paul this movie was a complete waste of film.

All I can say to the rest of the actors, and to the writers, director(s) and producer(s) is:
I admire your ability to get paid for this.

Yes, many of the traditional vampire rules appear to have been flouted in this movie (eg the wearing of a crucifix). However I did not find this movie too bad and I give it 5 marks out of ten.

Oh, please! They have ACTUALLY given explanations for that, ike we drink human blood, so human genes in our blood yada yada yada. That is more than can be said of toilet.... er, I meant twilight.

Gobber is perfect example that badass Vikings can be Gay too

i love when twilight fans pretend they love and understand vampires... despite it being a fictional creation that changes depending on the writer and story, so your whole "cant go out in the sun" nonsense only links to SOME of the stories of vampires, its not a "written rule" like "fish must be in water" you have a very narrow minded childish way of judging things, the film was bad, but not for the reasons you stated, and the ONLY example i can give you that i think you will even know of because its mainstream which is obviously what you enjoy, would be blade, oh look, a vampire that hunts vampires and can go out in the day, as can the other vampires if prepared for it, seriously, get a clue and stop judging things based on your twilight nonsense.
