Love this movie!!!!

this movie is perfect and it went straight to my heart in a way that I didn't see coming at all. It isn't your standard gay comedy that plays off of stereotypes, but a real world view of how gay people exist within the general community and that we aren't really that different at our core.
Finally there is a comedy / drama where I actually cared what happened with the characters, very much like latter days, and the scenes between the characters Jim and Paul from the initial flirtation to the beginning of their relationship was just terrific!!

The scene where proposition eight is announced broke my heart as it is a real issue that many face in many different countries and it was a feeling that I am familiar with when the characters learnt that they were once again in the outside, I was so glad to see that I am not alone in feeling like that when it comes to such laws.

I initially thought, as others have by the looks of it it was going to be about a man who goes in a string of dates just to get married in a week, however I think the title rings true with a lot of people, I WANT TO GET MARRIED, it's a right that the wrong people have been controlling for far too long.
this movie is quirky and adorable and I have to say after just finishing the movie for the first time, it isi definitely one of my favourites. thank you to all the people who made it.
