What was the references to being thirsty? Was he not allowed to have any fluids due to his kidney damage? I'd love to know if those words exchanged between Edwards and Charlton are fact or fiction.
Also who was left with Edwards after Jimmy and Bobby went back to England? Please tell me he didn't die alone which is how the film portrayed it!
He said "I need a drink"... I think he meant alcoholic drink, which was obviously forbidden. I don't think he would be denied water.

I think it was the two whose careers were ended due to the accident - Johnny Berry and Jackie Blanchflower.
