Freddy and Chucky ARE in this!..kinda
Two rooms have a hommage to Freddy and Chucky... look up youtube to see what i'm on about.

There's also Jason Voorhees hockey mask together with his machete at the end of level 7 (Scream Park) near the lake.
Ash from the Evil Dead movies is also in the game on level 4 (Meat Factory) where you first obtain the shotgun.
Almost forgot to mention the Shining reference with the word REDRUM written on several of Dr Wests writing boards which can be found on several levels.

Biggy Man having chainsaws and being in a meat factory is a Leatherface reference (well not sure about the factory part, haven't see TTCM, but the chainsaws definately are).
