I've heard of this haunted house before! Does anybody know if this is based on true events? Sounds AWESOME!

Growing up in WI there was always rumors of a haunted house like this in IL. When I got older, I looked into it more only to find out it was a rumor- at least in Illinois.

Uhm, no, there are no haunted houses. Spoiler alert, ghosts are not real, and houses can`t do anything except sit there and be all housy and stuff.

It is based on a true story.

Of a real touring haunted house that is a gateway to Purgatory that nobody has ever been able to find. And the ones that did find it were never heard from again.
And the ones that were heard from again never managed to complete all 5 floors.
And the ones that did manage to complete all 5 floors didn't get any money back.
And the ones that did get money back couldn't remember where the house was.
