Subtitles

Loved this. ONLY issue: the subtitles! WHY would they have white letters with a white background? My eyes are bleeding today. Why not black letters?

Oh, only one more actually: The long, thin fish that was still alive when the guy was slicing it in half. It had a "nail" through its head to hold it down while the chef cut him in half. That's rough.

Other than that, terrific documentary.
