So if they killed the real Kabir malhotra in the room and the twin brother came out of hiding after his death. Who was the guy in the hospital for 5 years. Was that just some random guy they used to take his place in the hospital? If yes, at what point did he turn up? Was the bad twin ever in the hospital? How wold the nurses not spot the switch? please help

im not sure if it was explained who the person in the bed was. i guess its just some random person who was put there from the start by the twin brother+daughter. so the staff would not know what was going on as they would believe that the person in the bed is the brother.

a little late but hope that helps. ive just finished watching it for the first time today lol!
