Forget extremes - watchable movie with pluses and minuses

Why do contributors to this board tend to extremes (worst movie, fantastic, etc.)? This movie is not political science - the conflict it deals with is not located in a village, it is global and the answers provided by the movie are sweet albeit not realistic. The characters were a little hard to follow around for me. But, at the same time, it had some great scenes, like the one with the women at the cemetery at the beginning and some of the musical scenes. So lets enjoy what there is to enjoy and, like the women in the village would advocate, lets stop throwing wild punches in the IMDB village.
