Where/When...East Sussex?

This film is based on the book "THE MUMPER" written by a millwall fan. As a millwall fan who enjoys racing too i would really like to watch this film, I cant find it anywhere in cinemas..... Especially near where i live (Bexhill On Sea-East Sussex). Can anybody advise where its showing/whether i can download it or if it will be released on DVD? Thanks
