Kudos to Alan Tudyk

His rendition of King Candy actually had me checking if Ed Wynn really died or if they somehow cut and pasted his audio from past works. Well done sir!

Definitely. He went from kooky to creepy in a very subtle and yet villainous manner. No wonder he got an award for his role.

He's such a talented voice actor, one of the highlights of this beautiful Movie.

So true! He is becoming a legend in his own time!
He has such a HUGE range!

Yeah, I love Alan Tudyk in this. He was awesome as Alpha in Dollhouse and Hoban "Wash" Washburne in Firefly/Serenity.

...but King Candy sounds more like Charles Nelson Reilly

Oh you're totally right. I couldn't place who he reminded me of.

It's unbelievable that Steve the Pirate from Dodgeball played one of Disney's most insidious villains.

I thought the exact same thing. I couldn't believe how similar his voice was to Ed Wynn's.
