Funniest part of the movie?

Firstly, great movie. I loved it.

Secondly, there were a few funny moments but I absolutely lost my *beep* when Turbo flies across what looks like OutRun on an old Sega board and yells, "turbo-tastic!". So random and so funny.

Ahahahahah

When King Candy gets hit with frosting

Guards: Are you hurt sire?
King Candy: No, he just glazed me....GET THEM!

reply

Haha yeah that line made me laugh a lot more than it should have done

reply

Yep, Turbo invading Road Blasters was definitely the funniest part :)

You got what you wanted but you lost what you had.

reply

King : You wouldn't hit a guy with glasses.

Ralph grabs the glasses and then hits King with them and breaks them.

reply

That wasn't random. It was necessary for the story

"I bet you really gotta watch where you step in a game called 'Hero's Doody'! What did ya get the medal for? Wiping?"

Hey son! Over here! I'm over here. At the banyan trees.

reply

It was random in the sense that he flies across the screen doing his turbo-tastic thing, especially for the gamer. He could quite easily have gone ‘turbo’ in other ways to ruin the game. That was what I meant.

As for Duty and Doody… I think it’s an American thing. I didn’t really get what the joke was at first. Doody isn’t really used in the UK and we pronounce ‘duty’ as ‘jew-tee’ where as you guys pronounce it ‘doo-tee’.

reply

I think my favorite part of the "Duty" "Doody" gag wasn't even any of Vanellope's jokes. It was when Ralph started to get impatient with her and she goes, "Wait wait, one more! One more!" For some reason I found that hilarious. I think because it was the only part of the film where I really remembered she's being voiced by a stand-up comic.

reply

I'm English and I don't pronounce 'duty' as 'jew-tee'.

Best film ever made? The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.

The topic does't specify random moments, rather the OPs example was random. Though I fail to see how the glasses hitting bit is necessary to the story, seemed just as random.

The marching Oreos chanting the Winkie March from the Wizard of Oz. That was awesome.

reply

I loved that too. Or-e-o, O-reee-o.

reply

Loved the Or-eee-O part as well, and that was followed shortly after by "Release the Devil Dogs" which was awesome too.

reply

I quite liked "Why must I fix everything I touch?!" Nice visual gag :)

Yes, it was very sad when the guy stopped drawing the deer.

reply

The whole movie. But, I really liked the Bad Anon group. I wish there had been more interaction with Ralph and the other bad guys.

Pac-Man's reaction after Ralph squashes the cake.

For some reason Zangief's line, "Just because I am 'Bad Guy' does not mean I am bad...guy" makes me crack up.
