Well I guess my answer for that would be that you're just an uptight pr*ck who cant enjoy a mindless enjoyable film and obviously has nothing better to do than be an uptight pr*ck on these message boards :-)

reply

Because only uptight pr*cks don't like what you like, I suppose?

I like all kind of films—silent, foreign, classic, schlock horror—from Battleship Potemkin to Superbad.

I saw this film. You're correct, this was certainly a mindless film, but not enjoyable. The "jokes" were so weak and obvious that they made me wince, but I stuck with it, hoping that they would somehow pull it together by the end—I mean, they had a cast of very good actors, a fair budget—all they needed was some half-way decent writing and they could have brought it to an honorable finish. No such luck.

I wasted 90 mins of my life on this stinker.

You not only wasted your time, you wasted bandwidth.

PS: If you want to reply, perhaps you can do so without making it a personal attack. THAT is the behavior that makes these boards unpleasant, not differences of opinion.

Am I the only one who notice that frankie walkes upstairs in a one floor house???

I watched it just for Charlie. I loved the scenes with him and Perlman..of course I was a little uncomfortable watching them dance cause all I saw was jax and clay. Lol It was nice seeing Charlie out of a serious role and I thought he was great in it.

At points earlier than Frankie's threshold, I would have said see you at the funerals, maybe, and left. But, the scenes with Ron Perlman were priceless. The hoisting of the wrap. I am sure that there was some sort of surprise waiting for Charlie in that. I really thought it was very funny. I would have gone Jaxx on several occasions and killed some porn people. But, Charlie played it cool.
