RUN time?

The 120 minutes version is available on the Hong Kong (Mega Star region 3) or China (Hualu region 6) version of this movie. The USA (Well Go USA region 1) and UK (Cine-Asia region 2) versions of this movie are presented in 99 minutes. Someone who reviewed the 120 version posted a comment that the last 20 minutes were like propaganda pushing and someone else said he fell asleep at the end of that version. Don't know if the 20 minutes edited out of the USA and UK versions was done to the ending part of the movie.
