Erik the blind guy
Apparently he already did a lot of climbing expeditions before this show, but I'm still in awe by many things he is doing at least as fine, sometimes even better than other people on this expedition without such a handicap.
We're only two episodes in and I've already seen a bunch of challenges that I thought would be insanely difficult or just batsh!t crazy to do without being able to see, like riding (rather wild) animals or the rafting. Those things are already pretty dangerous for other people, let alone for him.
So much respect to him (sorry forgot his name), what he does is quite impressive although some of it seems very irresponsible. I can only hope everything keeps going well because you can imagine the outrage at the production company should he become seriously injured on one of these challenges. I'd seriously not feel comfortable seeing him perform some of these challenges if I was there as part of the crew.
