Chris Ware (spoilers ahead)

As I was watching I couldn't help feeling that this could be a Chris Ware comic book without the happy ending of course :)

The very horizontal urban/buildings environment, the honesty of the characters motivations, the almost placidness of the urban context, the colors, the quirky professional choice of the main character... Maybe me and my wife are too much into Chris Ware stories... This movie even feels more closer to his kind of story then The Savages, don't you think?
