I liked it.
I think this film is a better than average of this sort.
shareI thought so too.Especially liked Currie Graham's performance.
shareI hated it!!
Did you read the book? They butchered this great book with crappy actors...Jamie Pressely as Britt? blech....that woman can't act her way out of a paper bag.
I think I even saw Sandra Brown in the movie in a cameo...she must have been disappointed in this crap. They left out a lot from the book!!!
Heaven forbid someone has a different opinion than you. x.x
I didn't read the book and for me it was a nice evening entertainement show plus honestly I love Currie Graham and I only watched for him. He's excellent in everything he does.
I just watched this on Lifetime this afternoon. It was very good and well written, acted and directed.
I'm not used to seeing Currie Graham in a hero role so I was really pleased to see how well he did.
I thought Jamie Pressly was terrific in her heroine role. And that last kick the bad guy's butt scene was a real hand clapper.
Nobody cares about the book, genius. THIS is a movie, not a book.

There was nothing wrong with the movie. Much better than average in quality for a tv movie. A few places stretched my believability, but this was needed to keep the story going. The acting was just fine. This was a lot better than most of the garbage we see on tv every day.
Me too. A cut above the usual made-for-TV movies.
Had to suspend belief in a couple of places but Jaime Pressly was eye candy - and I liked Larissa Larkin as the judge (knew she was in on it but couldn't figure how) and Blu Mankuma as the head detective. His partner, I could belt in the chops for his snarky attitude - which means he did a good job. :-)
Those who read the book raise Hell about the actors chosen and pan the film - to each his own. Lifetime just had the slot listed as "Movie" so I blindly taped it. Glad I did.
But it could have been better. This has a fairly good story I admit. The two leads were a bit incoherent at times. I didn't really like any of the characters. I actually think that the story deserves a better treatment.
