After re-watching SULM on Netflix I decided to do some research on the central charcaters behind the movie's saga and I came across this page. I am almost certain that this is Tony based on what we see of him in his interview footage towards the end of the movie. I wonder if anyone would anyone be able to confirm/deny this or provide details about the nature of his offenses...

I think you're right. I noticed he's wearing the exact same shirt in the mugshot and the interview from the documentary.
