Anyone else having a problem accessing the Extras on the Blu-Ray?

Being a huge Creation fan, I recently purchased a copy of the UK Blu-Ray of "Upside Down: The Creation Records Story" from Amazon. I read that it was "all region" which meant that it would play in my US Blu-Ray player. It showed up yesterday and I immediately watched the entire film. I was super excited by the listed "Extras", including interviews with Andy Bell and Mark Gardner (Ride), etc. I clicked on each and every name on the list of Extras with the same result - the screen pauses as if it's re-directing to the interview and then goes right back the main Extras menu. Same music, same images. I've tried accessing the Extras in two different Blu-Ray players with the same problem occurring. Any other US owners of this Blu-Ray experiencing the same problem?
