A Great Message!
This is a very positive story for young and old viewers. The belief that if I think I can, I can is very powerful.
shareYes, I agree. I like the quote, "If you think you can, you will. If you think you can't, you won't."
However, I don't like that they took the simple person versus self story and turned it into a story with a nightmare antagonist. That makes my two-year old son distracted from the true internal conflict that the little engine and the real boy face. I'm trying to teach him that not every story has to be about fighting bad guys, and the antagonist just confuses him from the great message of the original storyline.
