What a load of crap

Granted, they took the sleep Paralysis phenomenon and really went too theatrical with it...but SP is very real. I've had them since about 6 or 7 years old, and have seen, felt, and heard some of the craziest malevolent scary *beep* you couldn't possibly imagine. I'd recommend watching The Nightmare, a documentary by Rodney Ascher when it comes out,playing at sundance festival starting today.
