End Just Doesn't Add up.

Ok i love that ending but the amount of corrupt LAPD shooters in the sewers just doesn't make sense to me. If those are corrupt cops that's A LOT of corrupt cops. It would be like the entire force. That also seems like way too many cops to split the profits for the housing scam. And way too many people involved to keep something like that secret. Then being in the sewers risking their lives to protect the psycho arsonist? Just doesn't add up.

I hear you, in my opinion the entire last mission or two just seemed awful story wise and seemed just like a quick wrap up.

didn't they cut like 11 levels to this game?

reply

I don't think they were all cops. I think they were probably mostly goons, hired triggers and such working for the conspiracy. Maybe a mishmash of wiseguys, thugs and cops on the take.

Agreed. The ending felt very rushed for all of the intense build-up and story.

You had what, 13 of those newspapers that you found through multiple cases? And then to just close it off like that?

Essentially it peaked with the Dahlia storyline.

reply

I agree, the ending was a mess.
