I agree on most counts. The only difference of opinion I have is that it's difficult to comprehend how poignant and relevant the Descendants was (and how unprecedented) unless you have lived in the culture described. They made a movie that hit the nail right on the head about being old money in Honolulu- I don't think that has ever been done before- usually Hawaii films come off cheesy and unrealistic. But yes- Stephen Graham id phenomenal, as is David O'Hara always entertaining.
