Totally worth the rental
Couldn't believe how different and strange this movie was. I've been on a horror kick lately and expected something typical with this but couldn't have been more surprised.

share***SPOILERS*** Although I kind of figured out Kaylie was involved in the murders from the moment The Man started stumbling around the house - poor guy was less menacing than a bag of Doritos -, the premise was truly something else! I went in without any previous knowledge of the plot and, boy, what a rollercoaster! I liked the director's commitment to take a shoot at every single genre in the cinema rainbow (the quirky rom-com segment in particular was delightful) and, even though both the sometimes cringe-worthy dialogue and awkward as hell pacing could use some work, I found the blend quite fascinating.
Truly, one of a kind.
