Why isn't this film at least a 9/10

It was made using GTA4 and probably had like no budget, yet the story and action sequences rival a lot of Hollywood crap. I thought it was a mix of Heat/The Town, Tax Driver, Zodiac and Collateral and also a bit of Hobo with a Shotgun. There are probably other films I am missing as well. I was actually wowed the same way I was the first time I seen some of my favorite films.

Just like those guys who did the Call of Duty Based movies on YouTube "Frozen Crossing" its great to see underground talent like this.

Definitely sits in a list of my all time favorite movies. It's very original, keeps your attention, has great action and it's way under rated based on how it was made and the limitations it had.

This film inspires me to make a Western using Red Dead Redemption, but maybe the guy who did this will do that, I hope so anyways.
