OK! Having seen both now, D'Souza's was definitely the funnier. In fact, it was rip-roaring in some parts. Like his hamburger stand bit (what???) and filming himself in prison (get used to it!)

The Persecuted was just a head-scratcher that made no sense at all. What was this big important law they were trying to get passed, what would it do and why was it soooooo important? You'll never know, because the writers apparently couldn't come up with an answer, either.
