The film is not about sex (but your mind is only about sex !). The film is about how people perceive things and that change them over time. There is a suggestion in the film that she forgets her glasses outside (and she can’t actually see the physical details of the old man) but he doesn’t forget his glasses and he can see her beauty.
It’s metaphorical. Way beyond the capability of your brain. So just forget it.
This movie wasn't deep or artistic. It was a male fantasy in which creepers prevail. The only metaphor I saw was between the old man and a sewer rat.
