Brilliant

Brilliant indeed. Unlike other movies that attempt to tie arcs together with hit or miss ham-handed plot twists, this one is a tightly woven gem that plays it smart, doesn't treat it's characters like total pawns, and assumes the audience is intelligent enough to see the bigger picture. We are rewarded for paying attention, not with disappointment but satisfaction. No serious suspension of disbelief necessary.

It is a rare experience when a film leaves me thinking and feeling long after the credit roll, and this satisfied.

Also noteworthy; loved that it wasn't preachy, neither did it glorify it's uglier facets that too many crime dramas resort to. I also love the narration, slick and witty, and pretty much perfect.
