Being Realistic about the Kennish household

Okay, I'm not into Twitter, so I'm un-familiar with what the writers have to say, but this has been on my mind for weeks now.
I love this show; binge watch it 3-4 times a week. However, being a single Mom, I'm appalled that the writers haven't shown reality in this production. Case in point:
Huge home, huge grounds, and never have I seen a lousy gardener (not even from the window), never is there a house-keeper/cleaning woman. Do not tell me Kathyrn can clean that whole place, and still have time to write a novel, cook the pants off anyone else, and be a loving wife who scans her Kindle at bedtime. Baloney!! There's never anything about the children helping out either, other than to wipe a few dishes. C'mon, why can't some of this be included?
Okay, now I've vented. As far as the rest of the love-interests go, it keeps me watching, which is what they want in the first place. Whew! Feels good.

Groundskeeper probably do take care of their grounds. I don't think it was necessary for them to shown, and the production was probably just trying to save money by not having more extras in the show. I know plenty of women like Katheryn who do lots and lots of things every day if they are driven and work really hard. Her only "job" is writing the novels, which she can do anytime she wants to. Her kids are grown So she doesn't have to take care of them in the same way as when they were younger. There is plenty of time to cook and clean and write while the kids are in school. Plus they were not always rich, Katheryn learned how work and take care of the house.

Do you see anyone cleaning house on dramas like this? Sure, you see it on sitcoms because the wife is usually doing everything and making sly digs at the lazy husband, but there's no place for that on this show. Shows don't have time to depict every menial detail of human existence, which is why you don't see everytime the characters take a dump. I don't even know why you have time to post this, since you spend all your time cleaning house and bragging about it. You don't get a medal for doing the bare minimum of adult tasks.
