Until the embarrassed rage of Illithyia caused her to snap and beat Licinia's face in I would have put her at the top of the list.
Gorgeous, Loyal to her husband in the sense of using her good name with her father to save his after his failures. Wanted nothing more than the death of the man who shamed her husband...I don't know why but before she snapped due to Lucretia's own inadequacy of letting Crixus get some strange she just seemed like the best of the real insane housewives of Capua.
Illithyia was at least as loyal as Lucretia if not more so seeing as she didn't fall in love with a slave behind her husband's back and killed the woman who would have ruined her and his reputations with the Spartacus talk. In fact her only real flaws were she was impetuous without her husband around and petty when around her own kind. The lead ladies were both insane with some wonderful attributes to top off that insanity.
Yes she is. See episodes 6 and 8 of Blood and Sand. Freak in the bedroom and lady on the streets.

A great wife, but a horrible person. Really a great character, no matter how you look at it. As loyal as she was to Batiatus, you just know she's going to be hell on wheels in the next season.
