How many years is this before Blood and Sand?

Is there an official timeline? Characters looks older in Blood and Sand. Capua has a new magistrate. I guess it's between 1 and 5 years.

It looks like about 2 to 3 years between the end of GOTA and the beginning of Blood and Sand. In that time we miss Crixus becoming the champ of Capua, Ashur becoming the right hand for Batiatus, and Lucretia becoming obsessed with Crixus.

Im pretty sure at the beginging of gota its says 5

GOTA spans about 1 to 2 years, as does Blood and Sand.

Five years seems a little long. I would have thought a couple years at most.

So Ashur had the leg brace for a couple of years? Thank Apollo for modern medicine...I assumed at the very least a year, due to Crixus becoming the Champion of Capua. Seems like it would be a yearly event.

Gladiators don't last 5 years. A couple maybe.

I was thinking two years. Also don't you think they would have amputated Ashurs leg. The bone was sticking out, there's no way that doesn't get infected.

Seems like I read/heard it was five years. That does seem a bit long, though. I think two is a better estimate.
