Didn't made me care for him more

I saw this documentary since it was promoted as giving us a different perspective on Romney, humanizing him more.

But I didn't get emotionally involved. The only time I was moved was when I saw his grand daughter crying.

It wasn't a bad documentary. It had a decent pace and story. But the only thing that I got from this is that he is essentially a decent man who was way in over his head. You could tell he didn't have a strong stomach for the campaign, especially in 2008.

This was either a missed opportunity or there was simply not much to say about Romney or his family.

I agree. I went in thinking Romney was a boring, rich douchebag, and I finished knowing Romney is a boring, rich douchebag. His whole family reeks of doucherey, and the boring subject could not make for a very exciting film as I had to fast foward through many bits and pieces. I had to self edit this hour and a half film into 1 hour. No wonder it was a Netflix "exclusive".

And I even like slow moving films and documentaries. There just wasnt much there. Or, if there was, they did not include it in the film, possibly only showing him at his best, and most sympathetic, which was largely BORING.

I can't believe, that in a 3 year stressful presidential run, he never once freaked out, yelled, or got animated about anything. I was hoping for SOMETHING to get excited about, to feel for him, anything. Nope.

I couldn't have said it better!

“How do you propose you get my death eaters into your little daycare center?”
