Was it good?

Hey me and some friends are looking for a movie to watch tomorrow night and I was wondering if this was a good movie. Is it actually well-made with scary scenes or is it typical ghost garbage that looks overacted and all the scary parts are in the trailer? Please give a PITHY explanation.
