im shocked that no one here see what this was about... SPOILERS

seriously, maybe I missed it but the film is a scam... A setup... A found footage movie being created within filmed footage. They were all in on the scam. Dozens of Easter eggs to spot, heres a few but for the record every 2 -5 mins a clue is given to us, hidden in plain site.

1: black dude overuse and oversold of the word Doctor
2. Doc ignores kids question of the grey box when the mother appears. When lights come back on the doctor is seen coming from the grey box. Everyone else is way back in the distance room.
3. Teenage girl has a tattoo... The smiles at the camera were because she was trying to impress the movie makers with her acting.
4. Photos on wall change regularily and are not put back in the same place.... Rage out scene was shot before much of the first 45 mins of the movie were.
5. Black dude bangs on hvac, wind gust to open doors begin shortly there after. The hvac was set up stronger

u know what just rewatch the first 4 mins of the movie and you'll see that this was a clever movie that made u think it was found footage but the real actors of Apartment 143 are playing actors of the movie inside the movie. Ex. Telephone girl, and Grrrrr by night. Posing for the building shot. Metal box left on floor outside elevator. But yet in their hands coming of the elevator.

I could honestly go on and on about this but u should see for yourself through this lens.

enjoy.... Great concept movie. Found footage unlike the others. Brilliant.

Oh and one last part... iMdB doesn't allow people to put "goofs" in for this movie. Most other movies allow u to post inconsistencies. This movie is constantly making mistake, but doing so intentionally. Hence the imdb restriction on goofs.

I dunno...that's really stretching it.

Dear Forrest, what's it like to believe in a conspiracy theory?

i fear you paid more attention to the film than the folks who made it.

I really love that concept for a movie, but I have to say I didn't see much evidence of it in Apartment 143. I will certainly rewatch with this in mind though, as I'd like it to be true :)
