So the host is ready to start the asking questions - when there is a loud "thump" from the front of the cab and he says "what was that?" and one of the passengers says, "Oh, just somebodies head exploding as it hit the windshield."

Andrew Burnstein, president of the show's production company, says the accident happened as a producer was driving the mock cab back to a storage facility after filming a segment for the Canadian version of the game show.

It was the Canadian variation and not during the show filming, eh?
