I thought it was fairly obvious that Carrie was a gold digger. Seemed like the Father was so damn clueless. She was talking on & on about how she was broke, now shes trying to date you, wonder why.
shareYeah they didn't seem to have much chemistry. Richard, the father, must be a raging narcissist to fall so fast for someone who constantly complimented him and JUST HAPPENED to be into all the same things he was. Maybe that's why he had exes. He needed women to constantly stroke his ego.
You'd think with 50 years experience being a rich guy, he'd recognize a gold digger a little quicker.
