Cosette's dress
Thank you for not allowing her to look like a post Civil War widow. I've always hated that costume on Cosette, no matter the reason to put her in it. Yuck and blue is a breath of fresh air and reminds one of Fantine.
Ha! I've always hated that too, although your description of "Civil War widow" is perfectly evocative of WHY it doesn't work for this ingenue character!
