Why wasn't Steve-O in the opening credits scene?
He's was the only member missing and instead they put a cut out face of his over somebody else's body.

If you'll notice, he wasn't in London, either. They filmed his talking head scenes in front of a fake Big Ben. I don't know, but I'm wondering if it had something to do with being unable to travel because of parole/probation, etc., as the poster above me mentioned.
I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
