almost a very good movie, but ther villain fail it in the end

hi,

i was pretty enjoying watching this movie until the end.
why the villain always did the same fatal mistake : in the final act, the villain (bold man) could kill the hero while he was on the floor, wounded, without real gun.

but..the villain talks, talks too much, loves talking and listening himself, and the vilain get aways his own gun to just beat the hero with it instead of fire him to finish him !!!

Why the villain always fails like that at the final act ? it is liek a virus in many many many movies. Last part in every fight between the good & evil, then the villain talks and get caught by the hero....

As only 5minutes remained until the end, the director could decide the main character beeing killed.

but we got a disney happy end, what is make me think the movie is a failure.
