I think so.
Plus the front cover has two lads kissing but I didn't see that in the entire film.

There are at least two versions of the film. One version shows no, or almost no, penis. I'm aware of a German dubbed version which shows it all, at length so to speak, and it may have a few minutes of new scenes.

This is why I think IMDb needs to split out the ratings, so each rating applies to a specific version of a film. Depending on how you feel about it, the inclusion of explicit male nudity in this film is bound to influence ratings up or down. But even for mainstream film, there are reasons to split out the ratings. There are several versions of Blade Runner, for example, and I would give them different ratings, because they are different films.

No, the UK version is not cut. The BBFC site states clearly that no cuts were made. It is the same as the original French and the German version. All three of these show explicit sexual detail (see Parents Guide for this film)

(The US version is heavily cut and censored and is the 'English-language' version available on Netflix and online).

The one on US netflix is not rated.
Why would you cut a not rated film? Doesnt that defeat the purpose?
