cut vs uncut

I watched the edited version on Netflix recently. Interesting film. Now I hear there's a version less edited than the one I saw. Anyone see both versions? Is the uncut version simply containing more sexually explicit scenes or does it contain additional dialogue and more insight into the characters? I don;t need to see more sex scenes, but if I'm missing more than that, i might consider trying to find the uncut version.

Botany Bay? Bought on Ebay?!! Oh NO!!!

I saw the uncut version and it mostly just has the actual sex scenes. Like you see actual penetration and there is this one scene where the actress actually puts the actor's penis in her mouth. Basically here in the USA, the uncut version would be considered straight up porn (bad one at that) and the actors would most likely not be taken serious at all due to the fact that they had sex on screen. It's almost as if a porn actor decides to become a hollywood actor. I've heard a few of doing it but its harder once you've done actual porn.

My comments are not meant to be taken as close minded at all. I personally don't consider sex to be a sin and I wouldn't look at a porn actor any different than a hollywood A list actor. If that actor can act then it can act, it's not like hollywood actors are holly virgins that just act like they're having sex but have never done it.
