shareIn the "The DNA of Damnation" blu ray featurette, one of the filmmakers explained that even though Ada and Leon didn't appear in RE5, they still existed and lived their lives. He suggested that they may have encountered each other again during that time and perhaps shared a moment of intimacy. So I think the night Ada is referring to is a chance encounter during the events of RE5 that is left up to our imagination.
shareIm surprised that the Resident Evil CGI films haven't put any thing like that in the movies since they're Rated R. Since Leon is used for the movies, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if they add some type of romance/intimacy scene between the two. Not saying that's what I want to see, but I expect that in the near future.
