In the scene where she is standing in front of her wardrobe in bra...her back is seen with some markings...I am not sure if those depict that she is also a host to plaga or she would also be a monster in the future...what do you think about it?

Err.. it's a tattoo you fool.
If anything it's just a hint at her possible past. Perhaps she was originally part of a covert/special op military group which may or may not be addressed in a future CGI movie.
