Good stuff for film students, IMO.

Addendum: After watching a video review of David Byrne's True Stories (1986)--

I see some really striking similarities in style and characterization. Both films are very musically conscious, and have an historical theme. Plus, there are a number of other elemental coincidences; I'm wondering if Wes Anderson was consciously influenced by David Byrne, director.
