Feb 8 episode

watched this knowing it had new producers and that there were many changes including some of my faves no longer being on the show. With that being said I did not like the way the show started off. The bickering and mud slinging..RJ and J Paul hunting in Troy's territory. The whole negative attitude was off putting. I disliked this episode. The only part worth watching was when Tyler was mentioned. I have no interest in watching the rest of the season and have removed the timer from the DVR. Way to ruin a decent show...

I was also disappointed in this episode. Having waited so long for it to air, it was a huge let down. The attitude and arrogance of the Molinare's is very off putting. Part of the appeal of the show is the integrity of the people. To show there are still honest hard working people with a code of ethics in this out of control world. RJ crossed the line, and broke the code. Good luck to the Landry's, Bruce and Ron, JR and Willie, and Liz and her family, I'll be rooting for you all for an exceptional season!

Eh, this season seems a bit too contrived. They are obviously trying to introduce some "storylines" to try to make the show more interesting, but I'm not certain of how well it's working. For example, Ron now seems dead set on getting his puppy into the hunting boat with Bruce and himself. He mentions in the second episode that the puppy is part of his therapy from his time in Afghanistan... yet, he was able to fish the previous seasons without a dog. In addition, he has questioned the logic of including Tyler in the boat in previous years when Tyler nearly got hurt several times.
