yup, huge a-hole who thinks hes some pre-modonna. hes not, hes a joke and acted like a huge pretentious d-bag in front of the camera. if your gonna try and make high class food, then u should at least have some class yourself.

shareI complete agree with Boogie_Down. He seems pretty well-adjusted compared to many other chefs and particularly considering that his livelihood is on the line every day - and also the insane hours that he has to put in day after day.
