Air Force recruiting booths

Last time, they had Air Force recruiting booths booths outside the theater. I wonder if they'll do that again? Also, the first one was heavily funded by the Air Force as well. So, you could say our tax dollars helped make the movie. http://mentalfloss.com/article/63980/10-speedy-facts-about-top-gun

The Air Force financed a film about Navy pilots?

I believe you mean the Navy, not the Air Force.

But yes, the film was responsible for a lot of people joining the Navy. I know when I saw Top Gun as a kid I immediately wanted to go earn my wings and become a fighter pilot. Had I been old enough, I just might have signed those papers.

I doubt we'll see the same kind of enthusiasm this time around. Being that it's a sequel to a film from the 80s, and Tom Cruise is a middle-aged man now, I suspect the audience for this one will mostly be people who are 35+.

Instead of the Navy having recruiting booths it will be the AARP.

Or what about booths for the Church of Scientology? lmao!
