Bad.

This is such a bad film. The writing is terrible (except for the monkey). I can't tell if it's supposed to be funny, weird, thrilling, horrific, or all or none of these.
The central female character was responsible for a drink driving murder of mother and son, sending the husband insane - and she's the one the viewer is supposed to be rooting for??
None of the characters are likeable or interesting.
Is Christian Slater channeling Freddy Kruger in this? He and Wes Bentley look like they're having fun, but that isn't enough to make this film entertaining unfortunately.
You can even see where the editing hasn't been done properly during the film.
Reading about how this film came about after watching the film, explains a lot, but a film should be able to stand on it's own without people watching having to give it consideration because it's low budget or a student film...
The disused greenhouses were cool though.
