Naked Helen?
Are we be "treated" yet again?

ROTFLMAO
Yeah, that's pretty much along the lines I was thinking. It seems to me I recall reading that she was quoted as saying something along the lines of "people want to see other people naked." I'm not sure how it follows that people necessarily want to see HER naked. It's kind of a stretch, y'know?
That clip was the first thing I thought of when I read your post. I think Tracey Ullman was thinking along the same lines. Kathy Bates' nude scene in About Schmidt comes to mind (even though I try to fight it). It's great that they have the courage to bare all on the big screen, but if it isn't essential to the plot, it's gratuitous. Having said that, Kathy Bates' scene was not gratuitous. Scary, but not gratuitous.

Helen's naked. Pacino's naked. Everyone's naked. Naked, naked, naked. There was barely a plot.
I specifically reminded her - bedside table! On the Kangaroo!
Your sentence makes no sense. But if you're trying to ask if Helen is naked in this movie...why don't you watch it and find out?

She did the courtroom summation in the nude, offering the rhetorical flourish that "You can see I have nothing to hide," as she pirouetted seductively. It sounds crazy, but Mamet filmed it that way because you can't get Mirren to sign on unless she gets to do a nude scene. But Mamet outsmarted her by some clever CGI processing that painted her clothes on after the fact, so you can't see any nudity on the cable version. I understand the original nude footage will be included on the DVD.
