Why isn't this show playing on Mtv
The movie was an Mtv film. Plus Mtv has got back into animation recently with Beavis and Butthead and Goodvibes.
share Because no network with any sense would touch it, it's over all production costs will not be made back and well NO show from a movie has ever worked except ghost busters. This will be cancelled after the 6th episode and then Napoleon will be dead for ever. There will never be another movie nor will there be anything to do with Napoleon. Proof? The show lost nearly 2 million viewers within half a freaking hour and the second episode didn't make back production costs.
As for Beavis and Butthead, it is a money maker. That's why MTV revived it! Comparing Napoleon to B&B is like comparing The statue of Liberty to something that child *beep* out.

^ This. The fact that the franchise has been dead for near 8 years should have given someone a clue that it's a money pit. But FOX *beep* up again.

Shuddup lol, i forgot about Stargate but Buffy only worked because it was slightly based on the movie. I would call it it's own adoption. Ive never heard of the others. You got me i was wrong. But i still stand by Buffy being it's own creation even Jose admitted he didn't like the movie and adapted the show to be different.

I also forgot about Stargate, and i agree Buffy was it's own adaption from the movie, A separate entente. Almost nothing of the movie made it into the show. But yeah i admit i was wrong with Stargate. As for those other shows, i don't like them so I've never watched then.
